On 31 December 2009 IHAVEAWISH bv obtained full control over IPEXCompany bv through the acquisition of all shares. This deal is related to the previous deal in which Maurice Beckand Verwee acquired Crosspring bv. The result means the termination of the partnership between Jake Blok and Maurice Beckand Verwee. After +/- 4 years of partnership both decided to explore opportunities separately. In this deal Maurice also obtained all rights to the Tweetburner.com concept. From an IPEXCompany bv perspective this involves a divestment in the microblogging business. IHAVEAWISH bv wishes Maurice all the best with Tweetburner.com.

Tweetburner is growing.
Together with the team, which initially developed the Tweetburner.com service we have decided to increase the support that goes into this venture. Passing the 15 million clicks mark we are now determined to create a stabile web service. Furthermore, some new features are in development. The increase in support can be understood as both financial as number of team members.
We hope to keep you informed via this site.

Some time ago IPEXCompany provided it’s support company, Crosspring bv, with the assignment to manage the Techcrossing Project. Now that the year is coming to an end all wrap-up activities are well under way.
Invitation
We invite all to think with us on potential new Techcrossing projects and/or an extension of the current project.
About the Techcrossing Project
With the Techcrossing activities we aim to facilitate an experience enabling professionals to understand the value of technology for new business concepts
How do we do this?
We bring together sources of inspiration (demo’s, prototypes, clear presentations, innovators) and curious professionals from medium sized and larger organizations (manager level, cross functional, cross industry). The providers of inspiration are our Partners. An example of a Partner is Logica. The professionals are our Participants. An example of a Participant is manager special projects of European Space Agency. Our proven format enables Participants to explore their challenges (opportunities for business growth) in an open setting while benefiting from first class support (moderation, visual artists etc) offered to them. Participants end up creating own concepts for applications of the targeted technologies based on the challenges they bring in. The Techcrossing Project involved a series of sessions in which we brought Participants, Partners and Inspiration Sources together to explore each other’s potential. These pressure cooker immersion experiences provided the Participants with new insights, concepts and contacts. It was our aim to facilitate this. We did not do this for perhaps obvious follow up reasons. Sometimes, one must give back. This is an example how we put together our network and resources without a direct commercial benefit for ourselves.
Some Statistics & Background
Techcrossing was set up keeping our entrepreneurial spirit alive. It is independent as it is not dependent on one single partner. However, partnering is key. Since it’s conception over 120 partnerships we created.
Participants. Between 2004 and 2008 over 2500 professionals from more than 350 medium sized and larger organizations have received an invitation to participate in this project. For inspiration we have spotted, recruited and supported over 200 (technical) organizations; from start up to corporate lab.
